The Chevy Bolt EUV is a five-seat electric SUV powered by a 65-kilowatt lithium-ion battery, providing an estimated 247 miles of range. The Bolt EUV also comes standard with a dual-level charge cord, so it can a plug into 120 or 240-volt outlet. While not every household will be set up for charging an electric vehicle, Chevrolet is partnering with Qmerit to provide complimentary basic outlet installation for anyone who buys or leases a Bolt EUV.

In terms of its features, drivers can expect to see amenities like leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, heated from and back seats, as well as a hands-free driver assistance technology. This will help the Bolt EUV maintain your speed, speed up and slow down, and keep your vehicle centered in its lane.

Highlights of the New Chevy Bolt EV

The Chevrolet Bolt EV is a small all-electric hatchback, and for 2022, Chevrolet has made various improvements to boost the car’s appeal. Among these changes are a redesigned cabin, updated styling, and new standard advanced safety features like forward collision warning and lane-keeping assist.

The Bolt EV will still utilize the same 65-kWh battery pack and single electric motor as last year’s model, so it can still reach 200 horsepower and an estimated 259 miles of range. Though, Chevy has enhanced the 2022 Bolt so it can recharge more quickly on 240-volt power, which means you’ll likely have to install a special charging station at home.
